Residences run from two-bedroom homes of about 1,465 square feet of interior space to four-bedroom residences of nearly 3,000, and every plan has a terrace, some of them very large. Ceilings are 10 feet, glass runs floor to ceiling, and kitchens have Italian cabinetry, quartzite or quartz waterfall islands and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
Views vary a lot by exposure here, from pool and city to the Intracoastal and ocean, so the line you choose matters as much as the floor plan. Every residence also includes two parking spaces and climate-controlled storage.
Nora House puts most of its amenities on the roof, with city, Intracoastal and ocean views, and adds a quieter landscaped courtyard on the fourth floor with a lap pool and six guest suites.

The Nora District is West Palm Beach's newest neighborhood, a walkable mix of restaurants, shops and offices growing along North Railroad Avenue just north of downtown. You're a few minutes from Clematis Street, Rosemary Square and the waterfront, and a short drive over the bridge to Palm Beach.
"Nora House is a more accessible way into new construction near downtown West Palm Beach, in a neighborhood that's still building momentum. What I help buyers sort out is which exposure is worth paying for and how Nora House compares with the branded towers along Flagler."

You want to walk to dinner and coffee in a district that's still taking shape.
You want new construction near downtown West Palm Beach without a branded-tower premium.
You'll actually use the rooftop pool, pickleball and wellness center.
Probably not the right fit if you want a direct waterfront building, hotel-branded service or a fully established neighborhood today.
Get the current floor plans, pricing and availability, then let's look at which residences actually make the most sense for you.
The onsite sales team works directly for the development, and they know this property better than anyone. Alvarez Group's role is different. We give you independent guidance to help you evaluate Nora House alongside your other options, so you understand the residences, costs and timing before you commit.
Start here before visiting the sales gallery. I'd love to introduce you to Nora House, help you narrow the residences that make the most sense and show you how they compare with the other West Palm Beach options worth considering.
New Construction Buyer Representation
You don't have to. The onsite sales team works directly for the development. Having your own advisor means having someone focused on you, who can compare the project with your other options and help you understand what you're signing.
No. On new developments, the developer pays my fee, not you. My role is to help you evaluate the options, negotiate the strongest price and terms possible and save you money along the way. You get independent guidance without adding to your cost.
I can give you the current picture on pricing, availability and floor plans, help you narrow the residences that make sense and show you how the project compares with others worth considering. When you're ready, I'll make the right introduction.
Before your first visit. You’re always allowed to have representation. The key is whether the developer will pay your agent’s fee. Most developers require your agent to register you before or during your first visit. If you tour the community on your own first, the developer may no longer agree to compensate an outside agent afterward.
Often no. Many developers have a registration policy that requires your agent to be registered before your first visit. Once you've toured on your own, the window can close.
Comparing projects and residences side by side, explaining the purchase agreement and deposit schedule, evaluating upgrades and incentives, and keeping the purchase on track from contract to closing.
Skipping key inspections, overpaying for upgrades that don't add resale value, missing incentives or credits, and overlooking community fees or restrictions that surface later in the process.
These contracts are written to protect the developer's interests. They're individually written and vary from project to project. I'll walk you through what matters. Consider having a Florida real estate attorney review the purchase agreement before signing.
