He came very highly recommended from a colleague, and he still managed to exceed my expectations. Online postings and AI have made property-level data more accessible to everyone. Most buyers won’t need assistance finding a property they like. Andy and his team differentiate themselves by doing the work you can’t do yourself. When I would express interest in a home, he would drop files in a Google drive pulling permits, flood disclosures, elevation certification, and other relevant risks that influence the big picture. He is well known in the realty community and does not hesitate to engage the seller agent proactively to determine pricing floors and willingness to sell. All of these communications are done at all hours of the day, and either he, Erin, or Nicky respond to all questions within a few minutes. Where Andy truly shines, however, is making a deal and pushing it through. I had to move on an expedited timeline due to work. Andy leveraged this to gain a quick offer acceptance well below ask. He then carefully orchestrated all stakeholders with daily correspondence, follow ups, and deadline goals to hit our target date. Andy has a really great rapport with people and can nudge them to work a little quicker than they otherwise would have.
