Kalea Bay is a five-tower waterfront community on Old Coast Road in North Naples, just north of Wiggins Pass, with every tower turned toward the Gulf sunsets and a 100,000-square-foot club at its center. Tower 500 is the fifth and final tower, and it's in its last stages of construction.
Tower 500 residences are offered from about $4 million. Start here before you visit the sales office, and I'll help you narrow the residences and floors that make the most sense and show you how Kalea Bay compares with the other North Naples options worth considering.

Tower 500 offers six residence plans per floor, all four bedrooms with 4.5 baths, from 3,290 SQFT under air: 3,983 SQFT total up to 4,372 SQFT under air: 4,954 SQFT total for the four-bedroom-plus-den plan. Penthouses sit at the top of the tower.
Every residence is delivered fully finished, so you can bring your furniture and move in. Private elevators open directly into each home, and the master suite, kitchen and main living areas all face the water, with floor-to-ceiling glass, high ceilings and lanais of roughly 580 to 690 square feet.
The view is the reason to buy here. Kalea Bay looks west across a protected mangrove estuary and Wiggins Pass to the Gulf, and because it sits on the last waterfront parcel in North Naples, that view isn't likely to change. The plan, the floor and the exposure decide how much of it you get, so that's where we'll focus.
Kalea Bay works on two levels: each tower has its own rooftop, and every resident shares The Club at Kalea Bay, a 100,000-square-foot amenity center that runs more like a resort than a typical condominium clubhouse.

Kalea Bay sits on Old Coast Road off Vanderbilt Drive, just north of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and its beach are minutes away, and Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato and the shops of North Naples are a short drive. It's also an easy run up to Bonita Springs and the airport in Fort Myers.
It isn't a beachfront address. You trade sand at your door for wide, protected estuary-to-Gulf views and a full resort club.
"Kalea Bay offers a lot for the money in North Naples: fully finished four-bedroom residences, big water views and a club most communities can't match. With Tower 500 being the final tower, the decision comes down to which plan, floor and exposure fit you, and how it compares with the beachfront options closer to town."

You want space, a real club and a community with kids’ amenities, not just a building.
You want a fully finished home you can furnish and move into without a build-out.
You care most about wide, protected water views and Gulf sunsets.
Probably not the right fit if you want to walk out your door onto the beach or live within walking distance of Fifth Avenue South.

The onsite sales team works directly for the development, and they know this property better than anyone. Alvarez Group's role is different. We give you independent guidance to help you evaluate Kalea Bay alongside your other options, so you understand the residences, costs and timing before you commit.
I spent 13 years with Miromar Development and was part of the team behind Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, named the #1 community in the USA by the National Association of Home Builders. I know how great new construction gets built, and I bring that perspective to every buyer I advise.
Start here before you visit the sales office. I'd love to introduce you to Kalea Bay, help you narrow the residences and floors that make the most sense and show you how they compare with the other Naples options worth considering.
New Construction Buyer Representation
You don't have to. The onsite sales team works directly for the development. Having your own advisor means having someone focused on you, who can compare the project with your other options and help you understand what you're signing.
No. On new developments, the developer pays my fee, not you. My role is to help you evaluate the options, negotiate the strongest price and terms possible and save you money along the way. You get independent guidance without adding to your cost.
I can give you the current picture on pricing, availability and floor plans, help you narrow the residences that make sense and show you how the project compares with others worth considering. When you're ready, I'll make the right introduction.
Before your first visit. You’re always allowed to have representation. The key is whether the developer will pay your agent’s fee. Most developers require your agent to register you before or during your first visit. If you tour the community on your own first, the developer may no longer agree to compensate an outside agent afterward.
Often no. Many developers have a registration policy that requires your agent to be registered before your first visit. Once you've toured on your own, the window can close.
Comparing projects and residences side by side, explaining the purchase agreement and deposit schedule, evaluating upgrades and incentives, and keeping the purchase on track from contract to closing.
Skipping key inspections, overpaying for upgrades that don't add resale value, missing incentives or credits, and overlooking community fees or restrictions that surface later in the process.
These contracts are written to protect the developer's interests. They're individually written and vary from project to project. I'll walk you through what matters. Consider having a Florida real estate attorney review the purchase agreement before signing.
Yes. I'm based in Southwest Florida and help buyers with new developments from Naples to Miami, Palm Beach and beyond.
